Margaret Fleming did our 12 Week Certificate Course in January 1996

DessertFirst is a wholesale bakery supplying baked products to Supermarkets, Convenience Stores and Food Service establishments.

The range includes tarts, small cakes, scones, soda breads, quiches, cookies and traybakes. We supply both fresh retail packs and frozen catering products.

We use traditional recipes and ingredients including real Irish butter and fresh eggs in all our baking and do not add artificial preservatives.  Currently our customer base is in Waterford, Wexford and Kilkenny but we will be extending our geographical range in early 2019.
