Maya completed the January 12-week cookery course in 2017 at Ballymaloe Cookery School.
During the pandemic Maya started baking sourdough and buns and giving it to friends, who suggested that she start selling it.
Through Instagram and word of mouth Maya got more busy, starting to supply local businesses too.
