Alternative local Accommodation

Most of our students stay with us on campus in our self catering shared accommodation. However sometimes for various reasons it suits students to find alternative local accommodation.

If you would like to stay in local accommodation not run by us, it is your responsibility to organise this. Please let us know that this is your plan and we may be able to help with suggsetions, however, you will need to arrange it yourself

Student Accommodation:

12 Week, 5 Week and 6 Week Course Accommodation for 2025

Single Room in our Shared Cottage Accommodation €245 - €265 per week
Shared Twin Room in our Shared Cottage Accommodation €175 per person per week.

If you wish to bring your own linen and bed clothes and launder them it is possible to avail of a discount to accommodation.

Please Note:

All on and off-campus accommodation is self-catering.

Students on our 12 week and 5/6 Week courses eat a three-course lunch at the cookery school every weekday.
‍
Students on our 12 Week and 6 Week courses get to taste the food cooked at each Afternoon Demonstration.
‍
Students must make provisions for their own breakfast and supper.
‍
Free-range eggs, organic vegetables and fruit in season from the farm are available in the Garden Shop.
‍
Students have the option of single or twin rooms. Some of the single rooms are quite small.
‍
If you wish to share a twin room with another student, we will allocate another student of a similar age and the same gender to the room. We do not recommend sharing accommodation for students over 25 years.
‍
Students are welcome to wander freely through the farm and gardens.

Student Accommodation: short courses

The availability of accommodation at the cookery school for our short course students is dependent on whether or not there is a 12 Week Certificate course taking place at the time.
