Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich were guest Chefs at Ballymaloe Cookery School on the 6th June 2015 and also more recently in June 2019.
Avid cooks both since the tender age of five, Sarit and Itamar's stars have risen steadily since joining the ranks of the Ottolenghi crew: Itamar as head chef in the Islington deli restaurant, and Sarit as the executive pastry chef for the group before opening Ottolenghi's more upscale restaurant Nopi in 2011.
Following the decision to set up on their own, the Israeli couple founded Honey & Co. in a tiny groundfloor space in London's Fitzrovia neighbourhood in 2012, keeping the focus on Middle Eastern food and the flavours of their homeland. Since then they have co-authored Honey & Co.: The Cookbook and Honey & Co: The Baking Book and opened a second restaurant 'Honey & Smoke', on nearby Great Portland Street.
