Known for his bold, contemporary cooking style, Sunil is the proprietor and Executive Chef of Pickle restaurant in Dublin's Camden Street, where he has been wowing diners since 2016 with his truly authentic yet visionary take on his native North Indian cuisine. The result is a restaurant which regularly features on the best-of lists in the country. Prior to this he was Executive Chef at Ananda in Dundrum where the focus was on fine dining and expansions to sister restaurants under the Jaipur Group.
Not content to stop there, Sunil has recently initiated a series of hour-long pickling and spice masterclasses - the aim of which is to educate students on the techniques and ingredients which he employs so that they too can recreate the Pickle experience at home. With a second restaurant planned for his adopted hometown of Greystones in Co. Wicklow, Sunil has proved that there is clearly a market for world -class regional cuisine outside of Ireland's capital.
